Announcement: 2026 Budget Overview
We are pleased to announce the release of the 2026 Budget.
The 2026 Real Estate millage for Nether Providence Township is 3.7206. The Township’s 2026 real estate tax bill also includes a $688 per unit sewer charge for a property connected to the public sewer system and a $116.00 per unit recycling fee. The sewer rent is staying the same as 2025, and there is a slight decrease for the recycling costs from the Township’s vendors in 2026.
