116 and 120 E. Baltimore Pike Rezoning

Nether Providence Township is considering a request to rezone the properties of 116 and 120 E. Baltimore Pike from residentially zoned R-2 to RP Residential-Professional Office District. This would allow for the site to be used as both a professional office and/or a residential location. An ordinance is currently being considered by the Township Board of Commissioners, and the change is being reviewed by the Township and County Planning Commissions.
