Letter from the Fire Marshal’s Office – Open Burning

FACTS ABOUT OPEN BURNING IN NETHER PROVIDENCE TOWNSHIP
Nether Providence Township prohibits the open burning of yard waste such as limbs and branches fallen or removed from trees or shrubs and rubbish (trash), garbage, grass clippings, leaves and all other vegetative matter at all times as they are required by state law to be recycled.
