Central Delaware County Authority

The Central Delaware County Authority (CDCA) is an independent, non-profit agency created by the Delaware County Commissioners to assist local municipalities with the installation and operation of water and sewer service. Nether Providence Township is a member of the CDCA. The Board of Commissioners appoints one township resident to the Authority, who serves for a five-year term.
