Pension Ordinance Consideration for Adoption 5/14/2020
The Board of Commissioners of Nether Providence Township will consider adoption of the following proposed ordinance at their regular public meeting held by videoconference at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 14, 2020.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF NETHER PROVIDENCE RELATIVE TO THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF TOWNSHIP EMPLOYEES PENSION, ANNUITY, INSURANCE AND BENEFIT FUND OR FUNDS, TO AMEND CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE
PENSION PLAN OR PROGRAM APPLICABLE TO THE POLICE OF SAID TOWNSHIP AND TO RESTATE IN ITS ENTIRETY SUCH PENSION PLAN OR PROGRAM.
